Insurance Board to implement Origami Risk for streamlined operations

Insurance Board, a non-profit corporation which administers property and casualty insurance for churches in the US, has chosen Origami Risk to streamline its underwriting.

The partnership will also provide Insurance Board’s network of agents with real-time access to policy and coverage information on their individual church clients.

Origami Risk supplies property and casualty insurance carriers, managing general underwriters and third-party administrators with an end-to-end solution. Its technology helps with underwriting, policy management, claims administration, and internal and external reporting.

Its solution also offers analytical tools and protected-access online portals for policyholders, brokerages and agencies.

Insurance Board director of Underwriting Joe Boyd said, “Insurance Board has grown steadily over the years and we wanted to upgrade and consolidate our systems for gathering and analyzing underwriting information and generating policies for our members and participants.

“Origami’s platform simplifies our underwriting process and drives efficiencies by streamlining workflows, increasing automation, and enhancing accuracy. At the same time, it enables us to enhance service to our increasing number of program participants and expanding agency network.”
