AI-fraud detection solution Shift Technology will help identify suspicious claims for users of Snapsheet, a claims management technology platform.
Through their new partnership, users of SnapSheet’s claims management platform can receive notifications of suspicious claims directly from Shift’s Force fraud detection technology.
Snapsheet Claims is a cloud-native claims management solution aimed at improving the claims process for all parties.
Shift Technology leverages AI and SaaS technology to help insurers safeguard their processes. It also delivers claims automation to handle workflows from initial claim filling through to payout. The platform analyses a series of structured and unstructured data, including scanned documents, images and videos, as well as external data sources such as location and weather information.

Earlier in the year, Shift deployed its technology to help insurance firm Suravenir Assurances automate the detection of potentially fraudulent automobile and multi-risk home insurance claims.
