InsuraGuest Technologies has partnered with Lodgify, an all-in-one vacation rental software company for property owners and property managers in the short-term rental sector.
InsuraGuest offers subscription-based vacation rental insurance coverages.
Lodgify is an all-in-one solution catering to vacation and rental businesses.
InsuraGuest’s offering includes a primary no-fault accidental medical and a primary property damage policy.
The partnership will see this become available for purchase by US users of Lodgify, including professional hosts and property management companies who list their proprieties on Airbnb, VRBO, Book.com, and direct through their own websites.
Once purchased, the Hosts will make claims with InsuraGuest’s before making a claim on their current homeowner/commercial tenant policy, within the areas of coverage and within the policy limits.
Alex Vuilleumier, Lodgify’s chief operation officer, said, “We are looking forward to working with InsuraGuest. We know that insurance and safety are really important for our customers, and we are excited to now be able to offer them a simple and affordable solution with this new partnership.”

Guesty, a property management platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, recently raised $170m in a Series E funding round.
The round was led by the Apax Digital Funds, MSD Partners and Sixth Street Growth. Existing investors Viola Growth and Flashpoint also participated in the round.
Guesty’s platform automates and expedites guest communications, reviews, cleaning and other operational tasks, while also facilitating direct bookings, resource and revenue management, smooth payments systems, accounting and damage protection.
