Obie claims it is reinventing the insurance process for landlords and rental property investors. Quotes can be requested in under five minutes, resulting in less paperwork and lengthy wait times.
The company wants to help everyone achieve the dream of owning and renting property, and this dream shouldn’t be complicated, “whether that’s a young family renting out their first home, or a seasoned investor with a portfolio of properties,” the company said.
Obie said its technology simplifies the landlord insurance search without cutting corners, providing one of the fastest ways to obtain landlord insurance.
Through landlord insurance provided by Obie, Marketplace Homes clients can better manage their risk, ensuring that both themselves and their properties are properly protected.

Earlier this year, Obie was selected by Nestment as its insurance partners to streamline the insurance process for co-buyers.
