With Admiral Group being an FTSE100 global financial services firm and ING boasting a strong European presence, the partnership forms an impressive alliance in the financial world.
The collaboration stems from Admiral Group’s desire to expand its distribution network with high-quality insurance solutions, and ING’s determination to make day-to-day life more manageable for its customers by meeting their needs effectively. This joint ambition has led to the creation of ING Orange Auto Insurance, a digital product designed to revolutionise the insurance sector.
Admiral Seguros is the Spanish subsidiary of the Admiral Group, specialising in motor insurance, particularly for cars and motorcycles. With over 400,000 policies to date sold through brands such as Balumba, Qualitas Auto and Qualitas Auto Classic, Admiral Seguros has made a name for itself with a strong focus on customer care. Meanwhile, ING is a global financial institution offering various banking services through ING Bank. Their mission is to keep people one step ahead in life and business, evident in their extensive banking services provided across more than 40 countries.
The newly introduced ING Orange Auto Insurance is a 100% digital solution building on the existing digital strategies of both businesses. Customers can conveniently access support on their mobile phones, personalise their cover and choose where their vehicle is repaired. This flexible, digitally-integrated product is set to transform the customer journey in auto insurance.
