bolttech, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Taiwan Mobile, a leading telecommunications provider in Taiwan.
bolttech, operating in over 30 markets across North America, Asia, and Europe, is renowned for its innovative technology-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. On the other hand, Taiwan Mobile, as the second-largest telecommunications provider in Taiwan, boasts an integrated platform of telecommunications, network, media, entertainment, and e-commerce.
The objective of this collaboration is to provide a wide array of personal insurance options to customers via the Taiwan Mobile app. With this partnership, the companies aim to cater to the diverse needs of customers, starting with 13 different travel insurance products in the initial phase.
bolttech is an InsurTech company that champions digital and data-driven capabilities. It serves customers globally with a wide range of insurance and protection services. Taiwan Mobile, on the other hand, is a titan in the telecommunications industry in Taiwan. It has built a comprehensive platform integrating telecommunications, network, media, entertainment, and e-commerce, which serves as a hub for various services and products.
The partnership utilises bolttech’s insurance exchange platform for the launch of the travel insurance products, which are underwritten by Fubon Insurance. Coverage ranges from NT$3m to NT$12m, accommodating the varied needs of customers. Through their Taiwan Mobile account, customers can conveniently purchase these insurance products within three minutes.
There are plans to broaden the partnership and product offerings, with future introductions of auto insurance, personal injury insurance, and cyber insurance to meet an even wider range of customer needs.

Through the online insurance platform established with bolttech, users can conveniently select suitable insurance products based on their needs. We plan to expand our insurance product offerings to provide users with more convenient options.”
