Duncan Baker, a seasoned industry veteran with rich expertise in the insurance sector, has assumed the role of Reinsurance Product Manager at Novidea. This move signifies Novidea’s commitment to bolstering its reinsurance product portfolio.
Duncan’s journey in the insurance world spans several notable positions. He’s been associated with reputed firms like Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) where his responsibilities ranged from integration studies to documentation across various global units. Prior stints include being a senior business analyst at Marsh, a business process analyst at RI3K, and a senior reinsurance technician at Zurich Financial Services.
Interestingly, Novidea’s stride in expanding its team is not limited to Duncan’s hire. In November 2022, they also welcomed Matt Richards on board as the new Head of UK Delivery.
