Carbon Underwriting, a distinguished specialist and independent managing general underwriter, and Lloyd’s syndicate, has announced the appointment of Dale Willetts as Head of Specialty.
This strategic move aligns with Carbon’s commitment to bolstering its leadership team and advancing technology capabilities.
Willetts, bringing a wealth of leadership and specialty underwriting experience spanning three decades into his new position. He will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and growth of Carbon’s Accident & Health (A&H) proposition in the upcoming year.
Prior to joining Carbon, he served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Specialty Lines at Sompo International for five years, where he successfully built the A&H portfolio.
With a distinguished career that includes leadership roles at ANV, Travelers, and other specialty underwriters, Dale’s expertise is a valuable addition to Carbon’s leadership.
