ShoreOne Insurance Company has announced the appointment of a new Chief Claims Officer, as the firm looks to drive efficiency.
Brandon Voss is set to take up the role, in which he will be tasked with overseeing both the strategic and operational dimensions of claims at ShoreOne. His primary focus is on utilising technology to streamline claims procedures, thereby enhancing efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
His appointment reaffirms ShoreOne’s dedication to providing industry-leading claims solutions and underlines the company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Voss joins the firm, bringing extensive industry experience from roles such as Chief Claims Officer at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company and Vice President of Claims at Homesite Insurance. His appointment underscores ShoreOne’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
