The platform, Nayya Claims, revolutionises supplemental health claims processing by automating claim identification and submission for reimbursement, ensuring employees receive the value they are entitled to from their plans.

The solution maps medical claims data to supplemental health policies, removing the burden of manual claim identification and submission from employees.

This frictionless process ensures efficient claims processing and payment, enhancing the overall user experience.

Symetra offers a comprehensive suite of group insurance products, including supplemental health coverage such as critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance.
