Wrisk, a leading provider of embedded insurance solutions for automotive brands, has appointed Sebastian Hartmann as European Director of Business Development.
Sebastian brings a wealth of experience from Allianz Group, where he recently held the position of Global Head of Sales Performance and Strategy at Allianz Partners.
Wrisk operates at the forefront of the InsurTech sector, specialising in seamlessly integrating insurance services into automotive brands across the UK. Their innovative approach helps streamline the insurance process, making it more accessible and tailored to the modern consumer’s needs.
In his new role, Sebastian Hartmann will focus on expanding Wrisk’s client base in automotive financial services throughout Europe. He will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s visibility across the continent and will contribute his expertise to the senior leadership team, helping steer the strategic direction of Wrisk.
Sebastian comes to Wrisk with a robust background in automotive insurance, having spent over a decade in various leadership roles within Allianz’s automotive insurance team, and prior to that, in management consultancies. His deep knowledge and unique insights into the automotive insurance sector will be invaluable in his new position.
Starting January 1st, 2025, Sebastian will be based in Wrisk’s Munich office, joining an accomplished leadership team backed by an advisory board comprising some of the top minds in the industry.
Wrisk started 2024 with ambitious goals and has successfully seen these ambitions come to fruition. Looking ahead, the company is excited about its prospects for the coming year, which includes significant investments in new roles to support continued growth.
