Assurant, a global protection company specialising in connected devices, homes and vehicles, has announced a new partnership with Arcadium Technologies, a provider of dealership management tools for heavy-duty trucks, trailers and equipment.
The partnership aims to optimise the sales process for Assurant’s Heavy Truck Extended Service Contract by embedding its protection products directly into Arcadium’s dealer-facing platform, according to InsurTech Insights.
Assurant, which develops protection solutions across multiple sectors including automotive, appliances, electronics and housing, will integrate its heavy truck coverage into the Arcadium system. Arcadium, meanwhile, offers customer relationship management, inventory and sales management solutions designed to simplify processes and improve profitability for commercial vehicle and equipment dealerships.
By connecting Assurant’s products to Arcadium’s platform, dealers will be able to eliminate duplicate data entry, reduce manual errors and accelerate both quoting and contracting processes for sales teams. The collaboration is expected to enhance customer experiences while also improving operational efficiency for dealerships.
The integration highlights both companies’ shared focus on streamlining profit-generating processes for heavy-duty truck and equipment dealers, while also improving the buyer journey and boosting dealer margins.
