Hyderabad-headquartered ForaySoft, a global consulting and systems integration firm, has partnered with US-based ES Search Consultants to develop modular technology components for the insurance sector.
The partnership aims to deliver task-specific, AI-driven tools that can be embedded directly into insurers’ operational systems, enhancing efficiency, agility, and customer trust, according to IndianWeb2.
By integrating seamlessly into existing technology stacks, these solutions are designed to meet the evolving demands of a competitive insurance market.
Under the initiative, the companies are developing automation modules for intake and triage in claims workflows, pre-built risk scoring engines leveraging structured and behavioural data, and fraud pattern tracking tools built to integrate with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) workflows.
ForaySoft, renowned for combining deep domain expertise with next-generation AI innovation, has over 40 experts on its team and plans to expand by hiring an additional 100 professionals across engineering and delivery. The company is also establishing an AI Center of Excellence in Hyderabad and intends to roll out pilot programmes with key insurance clients across India, the US, and the Middle East in FY 2025-26.
