HawkSoft, a long-standing provider of agency management systems, and Cara, an InsurTech company specialising in AI solutions for the insurance sector, have entered into a new partnership aimed at streamlining insurance operations.
The collaboration is designed to integrate Cara’s domain-specific AI into HawkSoft’s agency management platform, according to the Coverager.
The goal is to enable agencies and brokerages to reduce manual work, automate back-office processes, and enhance client servicing without requiring additional tools or integrations.
HawkSoft is widely recognised as one of the most trusted names in agency management technology, with decades of experience supporting independent agencies. Cara, meanwhile, is an InsurTech that focuses on building AI-driven solutions tailored for insurance professionals, particularly in areas such as coverage comparison, proposal generation, and client communications.
Together, the companies aim to help agencies automate coverage comparisons, proposal creation, and policy servicing, as well as manage tasks such as certificates of insurance (COI) generation. By reducing errors and saving staff time, the integration allows agencies to dedicate more attention to client relationships and business growth.
As part of the launch, HawkSoft has released resources for agencies interested in exploring the HawkSoft + Cara offering. An FAQ has also been prepared to help both customers and partners understand how the collaboration aligns with the wider HawkSoft+ ecosystem.
