Allianz UK has partnered with Ticker, a Managing General Agent (MGA) and one of the UK’s top connected motor insurance providers, in a bid to boost safer driving.
The collaboration will see Allianz provide underwriting and claims support as an integrated service across Ticker’s portfolio, which offers products for young drivers, older drivers, van drivers, drivers with convictions, and low-mileage motorists through its pay-per-mile product.
This move is apart of Allianz UK’s broader strategy to expand its retail insurance footprint across multiple channels.
It follows previous partnership agreements, including collaborations with Volkswagen Financial Services UK and Sainsbury’s Bank, further consolidating Allianz’s presence in the UK market.
Telematics forms a key component of the partnership, supporting initiatives to encourage safer driving and reduce serious accidents, particularly among young drivers.
Both companies aim to use the partnership to promote road safety while delivering enhanced insurance services.
