InvoiceCloud, a leading provider of digital bill payment services, has partnered with global P&C insurance giant Duck Creek Technologies to enhance insurers’ billing and premium payment processes.
The collaboration aims to improve the policyholder experience, boost customer satisfaction, and help insurance carriers reduce operational costs through advanced digital payment capabilities, according to FF News.
The partnership will see InvoiceCloud join the Duck Creek Payments Marketplace, giving insurers seamless access to InvoiceCloud’s digital payment tools through Duck Creek’s core insurance systems.
This integration enables faster implementation, reduces integration effort, and removes the need for ongoing upgrade maintenance, allowing insurers to achieve faster time-to-value.
Through this integration, Duck Creek carriers will benefit from InvoiceCloud’s inbound payment and outbound disbursement solutions, providing policyholders with multiple digital payment options. The collaboration aims to increase adoption rates of digital payments, AutoPay, and paperless billing, ultimately reducing manual processing costs and delinquencies.
This strategic collaboration underscores both firms’ shared commitment to driving digital transformation across the insurance industry.
