Bridger Insurance selects Radity for modern distribution platform

Radity, a Swiss-based InsurTech company, specialising in innovative insurance solutions, digital distribution platforms, and cloud-based services, has been chosen by Bridger Insurance Services to build a next-generation distribution platform.

Radity, a Swiss-based InsurTech company, specialising in innovative insurance solutions, digital distribution platforms, and cloud-based services, has been chosen by Bridger Insurance Services to build a next-generation distribution platform.

The decision to launch the new platform comes as Bridger Insurance Services expands its non-standard auto insurance offerings into new states and seeks to streamline agent onboarding, quoting, and policy servicing.

The company aims to reduce manual processes and accelerate servicing for its customers.

Radity provides tailored technology solutions for the insurance industry, offering platforms that optimise agency management, commission structures, hierarchy workflows, and customer experience. The company works closely with carriers to deliver scalable, cloud-based services that strengthen operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

The new distribution platform will centralise agency, commission, and hierarchy management into a single system, allowing Bridger to retire multiple legacy platforms.

Agents will benefit from faster, more seamless workflows, while customers will enjoy quicker quote-to-bind processes.

The platform is designed to support multi-tier structures, granular access controls, VIN-based intake, and licence-aware logic. Over 20 integrations are planned to further enhance functionality.

In addition to the core platform, Radity will develop a mobile claims app, provide cloud services, and offer staff augmentation to support Bridger’s growth. The platform is also designed to allow Bridger to customise workflows and agent journeys in alignment with its expansion strategy.
