Aon, a leading global professional services firm, has announced the launch of its latest digital platform, Aon Claims Copilot.
The launch stems from the company’s commitment to strengthening its claims management capabilities through advanced technology.
The new platform has been developed to enhance efficiency, improve transparency and deliver more consistent global claims experiences for clients.
Aon provides a wide range of services, including risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human capital consulting. With operations in over 120 countries, the firm leverages data and analytics to help organisations manage risk and improve decision-making.
The offering is designed as a single, integrated digital platform that enhances every stage of the claims lifecycle — from initial occurrence to negotiation and final resolution.
It combines automation, advanced analytics and Aon’s claims advocacy expertise to support clients’ risk capital strategies.
The platform also includes data-led performance evaluation tools and tailored insights, with AI-driven enhancements expected in the first half of 2026.
Among its capabilities, Aon Claims Copilot offers real-time dashboards for analytics and risk insights, data-driven carrier performance evaluations, enhanced client transparency through secure tracking portals, and automation features that streamline end-to-end claims processing.
The system aims to deliver faster resolutions, maximise recoveries and improve claims accuracy globally.
The platform will first roll out in Germany before expanding to North America, Asia Pacific and EMEA in 2026, with full implementation expected by the end of 2027.
It will support Aon’s 1,800-strong team of claims professionals operating across more than 50 countries and 20 product lines.
This launch builds upon Aon’s recent innovations such as its AI-powered Aon Broker Copilot and Risk Analyzers tools. Together, these technologies highlight Aon’s ongoing investment in solutions that improve resilience and decision-making in an increasingly complex risk environment.
Aon CEO of Commercial Risk Joe Peiser said, “Aon Claims Copilot represents an exciting step forward in Aon’s commitment to deliver better information, advice and solutions to clients through technology. It empowers our professionals to turn insight into action, helping clients achieve faster claims resolution, maximize recoveries and make better informed risk and coverage decisions.”
Aon global chief claims officer for Commercial Risk Mona Barnes said, “Expert advocacy combined with AI-driven analytics will give our clients superior visibility and control over their claims. Aon Claims Copilot empowers our teams, amplifying their expertise and maximizing claim payouts for our clients. It also creates a powerful feedback loop with our brokers, ensuring we place business with market partners that consistently deliver the best results.”
