Chubb, a global insurance leader, has unveiled a new AI-powered optimisation engine within Chubb Studio, its technology platform for embedded insurance distribution.

The new feature uses proprietary artificial intelligence to analyse customer data and deliver personalised insurance offerings at the point of sale, making it one of the first solutions of its kind available to digital distribution partners in the insurance sector.

The optimisation engine is designed to help Chubb’s partners increase customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty by aligning protection solutions with the specific needs of their audiences.

For consumers, this means access to simple, curated insurance options through platforms and apps they already use, seamlessly integrated into everyday digital experiences.

Chubb Studio allows digital platforms worldwide to integrate insurance products into their customer journeys via APIs and SDKs.

The new engine combines data-driven insights, click-to-engage technology, and direct marketing strategies to help partners offer products—ranging from phone damage, travel, and hospital cash to life insurance—through campaigns tailored to their customers’ specific personas.

Key features of the AI optimisation engine include:

  • Personalised Recommendations: AI-driven insights identify customer personas and recommend products and engagement channels tailored to individual needs.

  • Click-to-Engage Technology: Customers can instantly connect with a trusted adviser via phone, video, or text to learn about higher-value, complex insurance products.

  • Flexible Integration Models: Partners can choose between Chubb-managed, partner-managed, or hybrid integration models, allowing for the desired level of control and data sharing.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Performance data is analysed in real-time, continuously refining recommendations and improving insurance marketing campaigns.
