The technology draws answers directly from Eleos policy documents, enabling users to get accurate information quickly, according to FF News.
The AI voice agent allows customers to get answers to general questions, update policy coverage details, cancel existing policies, access claims information, and share feedback to help Eleos continually improve. It can also make outbound calls to prospective customers, guiding them toward clearer and more confident choices.
Eleos Life emphasised that the AI voice technology will not replace human customer service representatives. Customers who prefer to speak to a person can still reach out via phone, email, or WhatsApp, ensuring personal support remains available.
This launch builds on Eleos Life’s earlier AI initiatives, including Theea, an intelligent chatbot that helps users navigate insurance applications with tailored coverage calculations. The AI voice agent provides an accessible option for individuals who may find reading online content or writing emails challenging.
