Duck Creek Technologies, a global provider of insurance software, has been selected by Anchor Group Management Inc., a technology- and analytics-focused managing general agency, to deploy its Duck Creek Payments Facilitator as part of a move to modernise insurance payment operations.
The selection reflects Duck Creek’s strategy to work with specialised insurance providers that operate in highly transactional segments and require advanced, insurance-specific payment capabilities.
By implementing Duck Creek Payments Facilitator at AGMI, Duck Creek aims to demonstrate how its payments technology can support complex commercial auto insurance use cases while improving efficiency, speed, and digital customer experiences.
Through this selection, Duck Creek will enable AGMI to offer enhanced digital payment options, real-time disbursements, and improved cash flow processes. The Payments Facilitator solution integrates securely into AGMI’s existing technology environment, accelerating time-to-value while helping reduce operational complexity and costs.
The collaboration also highlights the growing importance of modern payment infrastructure within InsurTech, as insurers and managing general agencies seek to meet rising customer expectations for speed, transparency, and convenience, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
