Austin-based insurance firm Steadily has launched a ChatGPT app that delivers instant insurance premium estimates directly within the AI platform.
The new app allows property owners to quickly estimate insurance costs without leaving ChatGPT.
By integrating Steadily’s underwriting engine, users can enter basic property details—such as address, square footage, and year built—and receive an estimated monthly premium within seconds
From there, they can continue to Steadily’s full quoting platform to complete coverage.
Darren Nix, CEO and co-founder of Steadily, said, “Property investors are already using AI to analyze deals, evaluate rental markets, and model cash flow. With our ChatGPT app, landlords can now estimate insurance costs in the same conversation where they’re evaluating a property, removing another layer of friction from protecting their investments.”
The launch positions Steadily among the first U.S. insurers—and the first focused on landlord insurance—to embed quoting into an AI-native platform.
The move reflects a broader trend of financial services integrating directly into AI workflows, allowing landlords to assess deals, rental income, and insurance costs within a single interface.
Steadily currently serves property owners across all 50 states and continues to expand digital-first tools to simplify landlord insurance.
