Developed in partnership with Swiss Re, the portal allows beneficiaries to submit life insurance claims digitally, aiming to streamline claims intake, improve submission accuracy and speed up processing during what is often a difficult time for customers.

The solution is currently available to beneficiaries of US life insurance policies, with plans to expand the digital claims service across PALIG’s broader global life insurance business.

The platform is powered by PromiseXP, Swiss Re’s end-to-end digital claims system designed to support a unified and modern claims experience across life and health insurance markets.
