Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services and consulting firm, has entered into a multiyear transformation and managed services agreement with Canada Life, a prominent life and pensions insurer, to modernise the latter’s IT infrastructure across its European operations.
Under the terms of the deal, TCS will deploy its artificial intelligence and digital capabilities to overhaul and manage Canada Life’s data centres, core infrastructure, end-user computing, and software lifecycle management. The programme is designed to strengthen operational resilience, drive greater automation, and improve the overall experience for Canada Life’s customers.
The agreement will also see TCS build out its talent base across infrastructure services in the UK, Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Germany, with commitments to invest in learning, certification, and career development for staff in those markets.
