Cytora, the digital risk processing platform serving commercial insurance carriers, has formed a partnership with InformData, a network specialising in verifiable people data, in a move aimed at giving insurers a fuller picture of the risks landing in their pipelines.
Under the agreement, InformData’s people data will be embedded directly into the Cytora platform. Insurers that rely on Cytora to digitise submissions, renewals, claims and mid-term adjustments will now receive instant verification insights on each risk as it flows through their workflows.
The tie-up is designed to help carriers reach decisions that are quicker, fairer and made with greater confidence across the entire commercial policy lifecycle. Enriching submissions with verified information about the people behind a risk gives insurers a stronger line of defence against both fraud and compliance breaches. The arrangement also opens up expanded risk monitoring capabilities, giving organisations ongoing visibility into enterprise-level exposures, including potential insider cyber threats, and thereby lowering their overall vulnerability.
Cytora positions itself as the leading digital risk processing platform for the commercial insurance market, augmenting every incoming risk with external data sources. For InformData, the deal extends its footprint into complex commercial insurance workflows.
Cytora COO Juan de Castro said, “InformData provides a powerful way for commercial insurers to have a complete view of risk, extending beyond property and peril data to encompass the foundational element of people data. Integrating verifiable people data directly into our digital risk flows empowers faster, more accurate decisions while upholding the highest standards of compliance.”
InformData CRO Jackie Rousseau-Anderson said, “The commercial insurance market demands speed and trust. By embedding our verifiable people data into Cytora’s AI workflows, we are providing the trusted data layer that helps insurers better assess the people behind commercial risk.”
