Cytora, the digital risk processing platform, has partnered with GeoX AI, a leading provider of geo data and property intelligence, to bring advanced property attributes into commercial insurance underwriting workflows.
The partnership gives underwriters using the Cytora platform seamless access to detailed data covering 186 million US commercial and residential properties.
Through the integration, risk submissions can be enriched with GeoX AI’s proprietary datasets, which include roof age dating, roof condition scoring, vegetation proximity and vacancy detection, all delivered via API with more than 64 property attributes and sub-second response times, drawing on two decades of satellite and aerial imagery analysis.
By embedding these automated insights directly into Cytora’s ingestion and digitisation workflows, insurers are expected to assess risk with greater confidence, cut down on manual research and improve their quote-to-bind ratios.
The tie-up with GeoX AI adds to a run of integration partnerships Cytora has struck as it works to build one of the most extensive data ecosystems available to insurers.
Cytora COO Juan de Castro said, “Accurate property data is a critical component in commercial insurance underwriting. Through our partnership with GeoX AI, we’re making it easier for insurers to embed the latest property attributes directly into their workflows, empowering smarter and faster decisions with access to the most advanced data and insights available.”
GeoX AI EVP Jacob Grob said, “This partnership with Cytora will give insurers the clarity needed to make informed, strategic, and highly accurate underwriting decisions. By delivering our comprehensive property data, including critical attributes like roof age, directly into Cytora’s platform, we are helping the industry reveal the true risk of every property and build a more efficient, data-driven underwriting ecosystem.”
