Guidewire, meanwhile, offers a cloud-based platform that supports P&C insurers with core operations such as policy, billing and claims management. Its ClaimCenter product is widely used across the industry to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance claims.
The integration allows claims adjusters using Guidewire ClaimCenter to receive CLARA insights, including alerts from tools such as Triage and Treatment.
These insights cover areas like reserve accuracy, mismatched reserves to predicted claim complexity, and potential litigation risks. Users can access deeper information with a single click, giving them seamless access to augmented intelligence during the claims handling process.
