Certificial, a US-based InsurTech firm, has launched its new Vendor Management Partner Program, uniting a broad and growing range of compliance, procurement and risk management platforms to modernise how insurance data is validated and shared.
The launch responds to the increasing pressure on organisations to ensure vendor compliance with insurance requirements in real time, according to FF News.
As digital compliance standards accelerate, companies are expected to confirm insurance coverage more quickly and with greater accuracy. Certificial’s solution addresses this urgency with a real-time approach that replaces manual processes.
Certificial specialises in digital Certificate of Insurance (COI) management, providing a patented infrastructure that integrates directly with agency management platforms. Its platform enables live insurance verification, eliminating the need for outdated, manual collection and tracking.
The newly introduced Vendor Management Partner Program enables platforms in various sectors—including transportation, real estate, construction, and procurement—to connect directly with Certificial’s Smart COI Network.
This integration ensures users receive up-to-date insurance data from the original source, which helps reduce risk, save time and minimise errors and omissions (E&O) risk.
The programme currently includes more than a dozen prominent partners such as Apex Analytix, Aravo Solutions, Truckstop / RMIS, and DAT Freight & Analytics, among others. Some additional partners have signed white-labelling agreements and remain unnamed. The network is already used by major global enterprises, including the largest online retailer and a leading property management firm.
Each participating partner automates COI intake and tracking through the Smart COI Network, allowing them to monitor compliance in real time and ensure that only current, valid insurance policies are accepted.
Certificial co-founder and CEO Peter Teresi said, “The Smart COI Network is only as strong as the ecosystem around it, and the demand for insurance verification is growing fast where our partners need real-time answers—not paperwork.”
Truckstop vice president of corporate strategy Sean Dehan said, “Speed and accuracy of information have never been more critical in today’s evolving freight risk landscape. Truckstop’s partnership with Certificial brings the most complete, timely, and accurate information directly into best practice workflow and technology to manage risk, fraud, and compliance. By integrating with Certificial’s Smart COI Network, we increase the speed and precision of first-time access and continuous monitoring of broker-issued insurance compliance data. The speed of this data also enables Truckstop to deliver new value to customers, such as timeliness and accuracy of Scheduled Auto policy changes to a COI.”
Certificial co-founder Rob Blanchette said, “This launch is just the beginning. The more connected the ecosystem becomes, the more value every stakeholder gains. With this foundation laid, we plan to expand this program with more platform integrations and strategic data partnerships, working with both existing and new partners to bring modern insurance verification to all industries.”
