The collaboration intends to build high-performing agency forces with better products, innovative sales methods, and integrated platforms to support distributors, according to InsurTech Insights.

It will see both firms combine digital infrastructure, product innovation, and advisor empowerment.

By addressing long-standing industry challenges such as poor lead quality, outdated systems, and heavy administrative workloads, the alliance promises a customer-centric and scalable model for insurance sales.

InsureMO operates as a global middleware platform designed to accelerate insurance digitalisation. It enables insurers, brokers, and distributors to rapidly integrate new products and distribution models through an API-driven approach. LifeCheq, meanwhile, is South Africa’s largest advisor enablement platform, supporting agents with advanced tools, training, and customer insights to improve productivity and engagement.

The partnership arrives at a time when agency productivity is considered one of the sector’s most critical challenges. Many advisors remain hindered by inefficient processes and lack of access to innovative products. InsureMO and LifeCheq’s joint solution offers a fully digital distribution ecosystem that streamlines operations, accelerates product launches, and equips insurers to deliver customer-focused solutions in weeks rather than months. The alliance also strengthens advisors with AI-driven recommendations, high-quality leads, and advanced financial needs analysis tools, while reducing administrative burdens by digitising recruitment, training, management, and compensation processes.
