By using Findhelp’s extensive network of community-based programmes, SelectQuote has been able to direct clients toward services that address critical needs beyond medical coverage, such as food, housing, transportation, and financial aid.
SelectQuote specialises in Medicare insurance distribution while also operating a healthcare services platform designed to improve accessibility and choice for seniors. The company’s focus extends beyond health insurance by aiming to connect individuals with solutions that enhance long-term well-being.
Findhelp operates a comprehensive platform that allows users to search and connect with social services across the US.
Its offerings include food assistance through pantries and programmes like Meals on Wheels, housing and utility support, non-emergency medical transportation, affordable healthcare and prescription aid, as well as financial and legal counselling resources. The company’s platform is designed to make navigating these resources straightforward and effective.
The partnership highlights the growing recognition of social determinants of health (SDoH)—factors such as food insecurity, housing instability, and lack of transportation—as key contributors to overall health outcomes.
By removing these barriers, SelectQuote and Findhelp aim to empower seniors to live healthier and more stable lives.
