dacadoo, a digital health engagement company, has partnered with Specialist Direct, a digital health solutions subsidiary of Swisstec, to provide a holistic health experience that supports users from initial recovery through sustained wellbeing.
The partnership is designed to combine dacadoo’s expertise in lifestyle change and wellness management with Mira’s focus on guiding patients through injury and illness recovery.
The firms will integrate their platforms, dacadoo’s Digital Health Engagement Platform (DHEP) and Specialist Direct’s Mira case management system, to provide both recovery management and long-term lifestyle and wellness engagement.
dacadoo’s platform uses a science-backed Health Score, powered by over 400m person-years of clinical data, AI-driven personalised recommendations, gamified wellness programmes, and tailored lifestyle tips to encourage lasting healthy habits.
Specialist Direct’s Mira platform provides personalised case management to help users achieve timely recovery from injuries or illness, with proven success in sports, workplace health, and healthcare provider environments.
With this integration, Mira users will gain access to comprehensive health scoring across physical, mental, and lifestyle factors, personalised lifestyle challenges, evidence-based wellness strategies, and AI-driven recommendations—all aimed at fostering long-term wellbeing.
For organisations, sports clubs, and healthcare providers using Mira, the collaboration offers tangible benefits.
These include enhanced lifestyle outcomes, improved return-to-work or return-to-play timelines, stronger resilience, sustainable wellbeing, and early identification of lifestyle risk factors.
Integration of the platforms will ensure a unified experience, including real-time health insights, engagement and communication tools, and 24/7 access to wellness guidance via Mira’s mobile platform.
