Acrisure, a global FinTech leader providing intelligence-driven financial services and solutions, has announced the appointment of Benjamin Funk as its new chief technology and chief AI officer.
In his new role, Funk will oversee Acrisure’s global technology strategy, reporting directly to the company’s chief operating officer, Mark Wassersug.
He has been tasked with driving the firm’s AI transformation, enterprise automation, and enhancing its digital client experience.
This will involve advancing Acrisure’s technological ecosystem and expanding its capabilities across global markets in the competitive FinTech and InsurTech sectors, respectively.
Acrisure is one of the fastest-growing financial services firms in the world, combining human expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver insurance, reinsurance, and asset management solutions.
He brings experience from his time at Palantir to the role, where he served as global head of insurance, leading engineering teams focused on AI- and data-powered solutions for the insurance and financial services sectors.
