Global no-code InsurTech INSTANDA, a provider of cloud-native policy administration and distribution platforms, has joined forces with Copenhagen-based consultancy Process Factory, a specialist in modernising Nordic insurance operations.

The partnership is aimed at helping Danish insurers and managing general agents (MGAs) accelerate their digital strategies and bring new products to market faster, according to FF News.

The collaboration seeks to combine INSTANDA’s no-code technology with Process Factory’s local market expertise.

By streamlining integration and operational processes, the companies aim to increase agility, reduce complexity, and open up new growth opportunities for Nordic insurers.

Process Factory, founded in Denmark, is a trusted partner for insurers and MGAs across the Nordic region. The company offers consultancy services and its proprietary SaaS Integration Platform, CONNECTOR PLUS, which simplifies core insurance processes and supports system modernisation. Through this partnership, Process Factory will leverage its knowledge and CONNECTOR PLUS to complement INSTANDA’s configurable policy administration platform, allowing insurers to launch digital products in weeks rather than years.

INSTANDA provides insurers and MGAs with a cloud-native, no-code policy administration platform that supports multi-lingual and multi-currency digital insurance products. Its platform allows rapid configuration and deployment of new propositions, helping insurers adapt to changing market conditions and improve operational efficiency without heavy development costs or vendor lock-in.

The partnership will see the two companies working together on end-to-end digital transformation projects, from initial concept design to implementation and ongoing optimisation. It will also focus on product innovation, process automation, and improving customer experiences for insurers across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Susanne Møllegaard, CEO of Process Factory, said, “Our collaboration with INSTANDA represents a powerful step forward not only for our clients, but for the wider Nordic insurance industry. The region has a strong tradition of innovation, yet legacy systems and complex processes can still slow down the launch of new propositions. By bringing together Process Factory’s local expertise and CONNECTOR PLUS framework — which simplifies and accelerates system integration — with INSTANDA’s agile, no-code technology, we can empower Nordic insurers and MGAs to bring ideas to market faster, smarter, and with greater flexibility.”

Jonathan Rusby, Sales Director for EMEA at INSTANDA, commented, “Partnering with Process Factory is an exciting milestone in our Nordic journey. They bring deep understanding of the market and a proven track record in guiding insurers and MGAs through transformation. Together, we’ll deliver the speed, flexibility, and scalability that define the future of insurance in the Nordics.”

“The Nordics continue to lead Europe in digital insurance innovation,” added Rusby. “By partnering with Process Factory, we’re combining local expertise with global strength — helping Nordic insurers and MGAs build a more agile, efficient, and sustainable future.”
