Cytora, a digital risk processing platform for commercial insurers, has entered into a strategic partnership with The Warren Group, a long-established provider of real estate and financial data, to integrate comprehensive property intelligence directly into insurers’ underwriting workflows.
The partnership has been formed to address one of the most persistent challenges in commercial property underwriting: the reliance on fragmented, manually gathered data at the point of submission.
By embedding The Warren Group’s property intelligence into the Cytora platform, insurers are able to automatically enrich submissions with ownership, transaction and mortgage data in real time, improving both speed and accuracy in risk assessment.
Through this integration, Cytora customers gain instant access to high-fidelity property intelligence at the point of underwriting. The automated data injection replaces manual property research, enabling underwriters to validate asset details, assess ownership structures and identify potential red flags such as pre-foreclosures. This supports more consistent decision-making while helping insurers reduce premium leakage and improve operational efficiency.
The collaboration also forms part of Cytora’s broader strategy to build what it describes as the insurance industry’s most comprehensive data ecosystem. The company has recently announced a series of partnerships with data providers and global carriers, alongside the launch of advanced Large Language Model capabilities aimed at further improving risk assessment and workflow automation.
Cytora COO Juan de Castro said, “ Precise property and ownership data is critical for modern commercial underwriting. Our partnership with The Warren Group brings one of the most established and detailed sources of real estate intelligence directly into the risk processing workflow. This enables our clients to automate the validation of property assets and ownership structures instantly, allowing underwriters to focus on technical risk evaluation rather than manual data gathering.”
The Warren Group CEO David Lovins said, “Information is the foundation of intelligent, mission-critical decision-making, especially in an AI-driven world. By delivering our national real estate and transaction intelligence as AI-ready data within the Cytora platform, we are equipping commercial insurers with structured, scalable insights designed for advanced analytics and automation. We are proud to power the next generation of AI-enabled underwriting with data built specifically to drive smarter, faster risk assessment.”
