Commercial insurance exchange Bold Penguin has partnered with digital MGU Foxquilt to expand admitted commercial general liability coverage options for insurance agents.

The collaboration is designed to help agents access faster quoting and binding while reducing administrative complexity when placing commercial risks, according to FF News.

Through the partnership, Foxquilt will become available within the Bold Penguin Terminal, allowing agents with a Foxquilt market access appointment to quote and bind policies directly through the platform.

The integration adds Foxquilt to the growing list of carriers and wholesalers accessible through the Terminal via both direct and market access.

Nicole Farley, Senior Vice President and Chief Insurance Officer at Bold Penguin, said, “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. We are thrilled to collaborate with Foxquilt in protecting their dreams and their assets. We are facilitating access to the right protection at the right time, so agents can say with confidence that no time or resources were wasted.”

Foxquilt operates an insurance-as-a-service platform that enables agents to place commercial insurance through instant quoting for eligible risks and 24/7 bind capability.

The company has underwriting appetite for more than 500 classes across contractors, personal services and e-commerce verticals.
