New York auto insurer Country-Wide Insurance has partnered with insurance technology provider Duck Creek Technologies to deploy the Duck Creek Clarity data and analytics platform.
The adoption will strengthen Country-Wide’s data capabilities as the insurer prepares for its upcoming go-live on Duck Creek OnDemand with Active Delivery.
Duck Creek Clarity is a cloud-native data management, reporting and analytics platform designed to unify policy, billing and claims data alongside external data sources. The platform integrates with Snowflake and enables insurers to analyse operational data across multiple systems.
Country-Wide selected Clarity as part of a broader digital transformation programme aimed at improving analytics capabilities and operational efficiency across the organisation.
The platform’s scalable architecture and analytics tools are intended to support real-time insights and improve enterprise-wide decision-making.
Duck Creek’s Active Delivery model will also provide continuous software updates, allowing insurers to receive product enhancements without major upgrade cycles.

The platform offers advanced analytics and real-time data insights intended to support faster decision-making across underwriting, policy management and claims operations.
Clarity also provides a simplified user interface designed to reduce the complexity of data processes while allowing teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
Built on Duck Creek’s SaaS infrastructure, the platform is designed to scale alongside insurer operations while reducing the need for additional infrastructure investment.
Integration with other Duck Creek systems allows insurers to automate workflows and reduce operational errors across policy, billing and claims functions.
The system also includes analytics tools designed to support risk assessment and trend identification, helping insurers evaluate policy performance and claims patterns.
