Socotra and Spixii join forces for conversational analytics

Socotra, a cloud-native platform for insurers, has partnered with Spixii to enable insurers to integrate Spixii’s conversational automation with Socotra’s core platform, a report by Coverager has revealed.

Spixii translates customer-facing processes into automated conversations using the Spixii Conversational Process Automation platform. Through a simple conversation powered by intelligent chatbots, customers can easily get quotes for insurance products, renew existing policies, log a claim, and inquire about existing ones.

The integration between Spixii and Socotra will enable conversational processes built in Spixii to read and write information directly into Socotra, based on logic configured by insurers. Providing conversational and process analytics, Spixii helps insurers rapidly enhance customer-facing processes and ensure the quality of data being transferred to Socotra.

Socotra also recently partnered with US InsurTech Hippo to expand its Commercial Lines homeowners association (HOA) insurance product, and with Avolanta to help insurers launch innovative products and seamless digital experiences for brokers, agents, and customers.
