Solera acquires claims software developer in4mo Oy

Intelligent data and SaaS platform Solera Holdings has acquired in4mo Oy, a software developer for the insurance and property industries.

This transaction will speed up the delivery of digital home applications for Solera customers and property owners. This acquisition is the latest extension to its digital capabilities offered to customers.

Nordic FinTech in4mo is an end-to-end property structural claims adjustment platform for insurers and repair service companies. The SaaS platform helps the claims process with management tools, communication services between players, claims support, and operations monitoring to see the stage of claims.

Founded in 2015, Solera is an asset management and risk protection technology developer offering a range of digital solutions for property claims.
