DealerPolicy expands into two more US states

DealerPolicy, an insurance solution for car dealers, has expanded into two more US states this month.

The company, which was founded in Vermont, is now available in Florida and Illinois.

Currently, DealerPolicy serves 400 dealers in 13 US states, including Maine, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. To date, the InsurTech has helped automotive retailers generate more than $10m in additional buying power from customers, the company claims.

DealerPolicy helps automotive retailers boost profits and improve customer experiences by enabling customers to buy auto insurance at the dealership. Through data analysis, the company can give a consumer instant access to various insurance quotes from a dozen insurance carriers.

DealerPolicy president of Dealer Solutions Mike Burgiss said, “Florida and Illinois dealers and customers have urged us to bring automotive retail’s first all-inclusive insurance platform to their state.  We’re thrilled to fulfil their request.

“We know that customers want to get everything done at the dealership, including purchasing their auto insurance. The demand for our platform shows that dealerships understand their customers’ needs.”
