Insuritas has formed a partnership with auto and home insurance provider Plymouth Rock Assurance.
As part of the deal, Insuritas will directly integrate its omni-channel insurance ecosystem platform and its ten million retail households into the Plymouth system.
Insuritas connects consumers with insurance products most suited to their needs, leveraging data-mining techniques to scour the market.
Sarah Cook, vice president and CMO of Bunker Hill Insurance Company, a Plymouth Rock company, said, “Plymouth Rock is excited to be one of the first carriers in the nation to be fully integrated into the Insuritas ecosystem.
“Full integration allows us to present our products and services to consumers who closely align with our risk appetites exactly when they have an insurance need. We are particularly excited to connect our new digital home insurance product into the mortgage lending platforms of Insuritas partners nationally.”
Insuritas was recently listed in the second annual InsurTech 100 list, which comprises of the companies every professional in the insurance space needs to know about.
In a recent interview with FinTech Global, Insuritas president Matt Chesky stated that the are still many opportunities for entrepreneurs with one of the widest gaps being between consumer expectations and reality.
