Safelite Solutions has formed a strategic partnership with Westhill, a digital platform which eases the property insurance claims process.
Westhill is a reputation-based management system connects the policyholder, service provider and claims professional through a common digital platform.
By working together, they hope to adapt the way insurance carriers do business, lowering cycle time and making the overall policyholder experience better.
Safelite builds end-to-end claim management solutions for over 200 insurance and fleet clients. Its technology supports clients with FNOL contract, scheduling, pre-service, service, post-service, invoicing and reporting.
