dacadoo named as one of the Cool Vendors in Insurance 2021 by Gartner

Switzerland-based InsurTech platform dacadoo has been named as one of the four Cool Vendors in Insurance 2021 by Gartner.

The report outlines different stances to customer experience needed to cater for evolving consumer demands. This includes digital channel capabilities, and new products and services.

Gartner selected companies that highlight interesting, new and innovative products and services.

In the report there is a number of recommendations for Life and P&C insurance CIOs to improve their digital business strategy and innovation.

These include creating a product and technology platform that incorporates the cool vendors and targeting business innovation projects and proof of concept efforts by measuring how the cool vendors combine emerging technology.

Finally, it states businesses should accelerate customer experience transformation by leveraging tools from the cool vendors to improve customer intelligence.
