AI-powered software developer Guidewire has partnered with digital payments platform for the insurance industry One Inc, to support insurers with faster payment solutions.
Guidewire provides AI, analytics, and technology to approximately 520 insurers across 38 countries to help them improve their digital operations.
According to Guidewire, the partnership will empower insurers with an out-of-the-box joint solution that will enable the rapid delivery of a frictionless payment experience for customers, adjusters, agents, and vendors.
As a PartnerConnect Solution Premier partner and a leading digital payments provider for the insurance industry, One Inc has more than 60 joint customers with Guidewire.
The strategic partnership between Guidewire and One Inc will offer Guidewire InsuranceSuite and InsuranceNow customers an integrated payments solution that Guidewire said will improve implementation speed and customer satisfaction.
Guidewire and One Inc partnership combines their insurance industry expertise, which the companies said enables insurers to deliver an end-to-end optimised experience for all insurance payment use cases.
