Cloud-native insurance platform Novidea has named Yaniv Cohen as its new chief customer officer.
Cohen will lead Novidea’s implementation and customer success strategy.
He has over 20 years’ experience in professional services, operations, and customer success to the position. Most recently, Cohen served as corporate vice president of global professional services at Ex Libris for six years.
Ex Libris is a SaaS and mobile solutions provider for the higher education sector.
Prior to that, Cohen spent over a decade at Verint Systems, a customer engagement platform. Whilst at Verint, Cohen held various positions, including COO, VP of business development, and VP of customer care.

Novidea created a data-driven, cloud-native insurance platform that allows brokers, agents and MGAs to reduce costs and drive growth across the distribution lifecycle. Its platform allows clients to manage their entire insurance distribution lifecycle from one place. Users can access customer data, perform real-time analytics, issue and retrieve documents, emails and more.

Last year, Novidea named Matt Richards as its head of UK delivery. In the role, Richards has overall responsibility for UK customer deliveries to ensure Novidea exceeds customer requirements.
