Aon is a prominent player in the global insurance and reinsurance industry. With a vast and diverse portfolio of services, the company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients around the world.

Isabel Blazquez Solano has been named as the CEO of Brazil. With extensive industry experience across EMEA and Latin America, Solano brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She joined Aon in October 2022 from Brazilian reinsurer IRB(Re), where she served as the chief underwriting officer. Prior to that, she held positions within the Europe & CEE operations of reinsurer MAPFRE Re.

In her role, Isabel Blazquez Solano will oversee Aon’s two Brazil offices, situated in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. She will report to Paula Ferreira, Reinsurance Solutions’ Latin America CEO.
