Marsh, a pivotal insurance broker and risk advisor under Marsh McLennan, has unveiled significant appointments within its UK and Global Placement leadership team.
Effective from January 1, 2024, the key figures joining are Tom Davies, appointed as Placement Leader for the UK; Adam Russell in the new role of Strategy & Planning Leader for Global Placement; Winsee Cheung as Portfolio Solutions Leader for the UK; and Jason Mills, taking on the role of Placement Leader for Marsh Specialty UK.
The appointed individuals bring extensive expertise to their respective roles. Davies, currently serving as the Global CEO of Bowring Marsh, Marsh’s international placement arm, carries over 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale broking.
Russell, taking charge as the Strategy & Planning Leader, brings in 18 years of international experience and will collaborate with the Global Placement team to enhance client experiences through innovation.
Cheung, with a tenure at Marsh since 2006, has held various senior roles and will spearhead Marsh Portfolio Solutions, aligning with the evolving risk landscape. While Mills, , who previously lead the Financial and Professional Liability Practice, will now shape and execute the placement strategy for Marsh Specialty UK.
