Blink Parametric and Zurich Insurance in Asia Pacific have teamed up to offer a flight delay solution that will provide customers with real-time flight delay benefits.
The collaboration aims to integrate Blink Parametric’s real-time flight delay assistance and claims solution with the Zurich Edge Platform to enhance the digital strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
Zurich Insurance will offer real-time assistance to eligible policyholders facing flight delays, granting them complimentary access to VIP airport lounges.
Additionally, lounge passes will remain valid for six months, providing flexibility to policyholders. The initiative begins in Singapore and aims to deliver superior customer experiences in the APAC travel insurance market.
The move signifies a significant step towards enhancing customer-centric digital insurance products in the Asia Pacific region. This partnership underscores the importance of collaboration in delivering innovative solutions to address evolving customer needs.
