Zywave, a leading provider of SaaS InsurTech solutions for sales management and client delivery enablement, has announced a new CEO and a new CFO as part of a widespread leadership change.
The firm, has appointed Martin Simoncic as its new chief executive officer (CEO) and Christian G. Kasper as executive vice president & chief financial officer (CFO).
The company specialises in offering cloud-based software solutions designed to streamline insurance sales processes and client service management.
Zywave’s platform supports insurance professionals with advanced tools for productivity and operational efficiency, aiming to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Simoncic, the newly appointed CEO, previously served as president of the B2B business at PROS Holdings, where he held various leadership roles including chief customer officer and vice president of product management.
He also has experience with Vertafore, where he was vice president of customer success and professional services.
Meanwhile, Kasper joins Zywave as CFO with over 30 years of financial and operational experience. He has served as CFO for six companies, including cloud-based software firms such as EnterpriseDB and Reflexis Systems.
Simoncic’s expertise in scaling software companies and driving innovation in SaaS solutions makes him a strong fit to lead Zywave. Kasper, with his extensive financial leadership across multiple industries, will help steer the company towards its growth ambitions.
