Bestow, a leading InsurTech platform, has announced the appointment of three new executives to support its next phase of growth.
David Malenoir-Evans joins as chief product officer, Doug Brewster as vice president of finance, and Pete Schiller as vice president of TPA services.
These hires aim to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across the life insurance industry.

The company helps insurers launch innovative life and annuity products, expand distribution channels, and improve the customer experience by replacing outdated legacy systems with a streamlined, integrated platform.
Malenoir-Evans will be responsible for overseeing product strategy and execution. He has extensive experience in AI, SaaS, and FinTech, having held leadership roles at MetaMap, Procore, and Dataminr.
At Bestow, he will focus on enhancing the company’s technology platform to modernise the life insurance sector.
Brewster will lead financial strategy and operations as vice president of finance. Previously, he played key roles in finance teams at Tecton, Confluent, and Okta.
His expertise in scaling SaaS businesses from growth to IPO stages makes him a valuable asset to Bestow’s financial operations.
Schiller joins as vice president of TPA services, where he will drive innovation in insurance operations and administration for Tier-1 life insurance carriers. With a background in sales, quality assurance, and customer service performance, he will focus on automation and self-service solutions to enhance efficiency for carriers, agents, and policyholders.
