McGill and Partners, a specialist boutique insurance broker, has become the first London market broker to implement Agentic AI capabilities, launching its own AI agent powered by Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.

The move reflects the company’s strong commitment to digital transformation, aimed at enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration within the specialty insurance and reinsurance sector, according to InsurTech Insights.

Founded on a digital-first foundation, McGill and Partners connects distribution partners with London market insurers through its proprietary digital platform, Underscore. The launch of the AI agent underscores its dedication to technological innovation.
